UC Riverside School of Business was honored for Sustainable Design & Innovation by the City of Riverside. The building targets LEED Platinum certification and integrates passive and active environmental initiatives to optimize the project’s site and hillside setting. The all-electric building with 220KW solar array demonstrates a commitment to minimizing reliance on fossil fuels and enhancing building performance, comfort, and functionality with an anticipated 73% reduction in energy use from baseline EUI.
