As the first new building in the South Campus District, our forward-looking design serves as a gateway, uniquely rooted in its place while warmly welcoming an increasingly diverse student population. The building harmonizes with its climate, site, and the greater campus through strong indoor-outdoor connections, respecting its context and history while boldly projecting into the future. The project is targeting LEED platinum certification.
