Born in California and raised in Illinois, Blake Patten received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2001 from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. During his studies he attended the Asia Study Abroad Program and attended Universiti Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
After practicing architecture in Chicago for several years, Blake joined Moore Ruble Yudell, where his work has focused on campus projects including Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper Quad; University of California, Los Angeles Engineering VI; and University of Denver’s Community Commons. As Project Manager, Blake is passionate about delivering designs that enhance student lives, helping them achieve higher degrees of academic success. In addition, Blake strives to push projects to exceed performance standards with resilient and sustainable design solutions. Blake is a Registered Architect in the State of California.
